The bank's annual conference, with all content managed in Watchout, featuring projection mapping onto 3D structures on stage.

The brief called for 3D graphic elements but also required that it be possible to make last-minute changes to any text elements. Although After Effects was used to render the animated backgrounds and some 3D elements, all of the text was managed in Watchout. Graphics were overlaid and either animated to match the pre-rendered animations or, in some cases, animated using the new 3D features of Watchout 5.

Given the large amount of content - nearly 400 individual cues - the short time available and the complexity of the show, I worked in tandem with another Watchout specialist, Agnes d'Erceville. By carefully organising the structure of the show and the shared media, we were able to program the show in two separate parts and successfully merge them into a single Watchout project just before the event.

The video installation - player hardware and video projectors - was managed by Aquila (aquilaaudiovisuel.com), who were responsible for mapping the output from Watchout onto the 3D stage structures.
